Waypointe, on West Avenue in Norwalk, Connecticut, is a planned 1.2 million square foot mixed-use project, focused around a street-driven retail environment that brings together a mix of shopping and dining experiences. Shoppers will enjoy the pedestrian oriented streets lined with boutiques, unique shops, restaurants and entertainment venues in a Main Street, place-based environment reminiscent of years past.

National, regional and local tenants in a wide variety of sizes — from small shops to larger format spaces — offering a range of mid-to high-price point merchandise and residential services will be strategically located throughout the project to create the best and most successful merchandising plan possible. Unique storefronts, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, evening entertainment, on-street parking and pedestrian scale will combine with office uses, public spaces and new residences to make Waypointe a "real neighborhood" in the heart of Norwalk. We envision that the retail component of the project will be comprised of categories including soft goods, services, hard goods, entertainment, lifestyle, fitness, restaurants and anchors.

We are focused on creating a sustainable downtown district which will be a "real" place that services both the neighborhood surrounding Waypointe, while also serving as a major shopping and entertainment destination for residents of Fairfield County.
